Paul Whittome, owner of The Hoste Arms, in Burnham Market, North Norfolk, has launced his third book, 'A Hoste of Ideas'.

His exciting and inspiring new book details Paul and his wife Jeanne's extraordinary tour of the world in search of the best ideas from hotels and restaurants. Visiting over 300 establishments, the aim of the ambitious tour was to set The Hoste Arms apart with their dream in trying to make the Norfolk Inn one of the greatest Inns in the world.

From Norfolk to London, the rest of Great Britain to Europe, South Africa, America, Australia (to name just a few of the places visited!), the book includes many memorable meetings including Paul and Jeanne's party with King Goodwill, the King of the Zulus of South Africa as well as detailing the most culinary experiences of a lifetime.

The couple have travelled thousands of miles bringing back their findings, not only incorporating what they have learnt into their successful establishment but also sharing their gems of information and critical analysis into an amusing and entertaining read.
